Today, this Thursday,
It's a red letter day.
I'm getting a break,
In an unusual way.
Three appointments, me and the kids,
Help me, I pray.
Can't be in three places at once,
Understand? Okay?
Then to the rescue,
Guess who, can you say?
It's the husband!
He's leaving work early, today.
Tis a bit unusual as I'm home,
During the day.
He offered, I accepted,
Without a moments delay.
Maybe a treat is in order for hubs,
But I've cooked this week, out to dinner I'll pay.

I love to pay... of course since I am a stay at home mama I snag it from my hubs first. LOL
