Just some random thoughts......
My surgery was televised to 14 different countries..... very cool..
I went to the gym on Sunday for the first time in 7 days. I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes.. felt good.
Enjoyed some nice Disaronno on my birthday.
I am finally understanding how to use my new BlackBerry Torch.
My family went to the The Sole Proprietor for lunch on Saturday. It never disappoints. I got to meet a twitter friend too, madamemenu. She is lovely.
I spent a relaxing day on the couch and watched the New England Patriots game. They won!!
No matter how often you go to Walmart/grocery store, always buy toilet paper. Then you never run out. It's not like it expires.
It was fun grossing my daughters out showing them the "wound" in my belly button from my surgery.
I hit the trifecta tonight. Clean sheets, clean pajamas and ...... freshly showered, such a refreshing way to go to sleep.
Some of this randomness I thought of as I went to bed and actually made notes in my BlackBerry...

ha. clean sheets are nice...i dvr'd your surgery...i will get around to it....lol.
You are now famous in 11 countries!
Good rule about the toilet paper. I am going to need to adopt that one.
Disaranno is my favorite. I need to go buy some more! NH here I come!
Didn't know your surgery would be televised. Where would I see this?
I wasn't happy that Miami Dolphins lost on a controversial call...wanted them to be within the spitting distance of the Pats. ;)
well you've always been famous to me, but the surgery just proves it...how does one get a szurgery sent round the world? ;)
It's fun to meet bloggy/twitter friends, huh? We gotta do that sometime.....
Yeah, Steven is right. :) I couldn't agree more.
Wishing you a great week ahead, dear friend!
Hugs!

So fun to meet online friends and see they're real! And grossing people out is always awesome.
It's been years since I've experienced the "tri-fecta" you talk about. lol
Disaronno on the rocks? That's how I like it. Yummm!
I also had laparoscopic surgery this year (not to remove anything but scar tissue, I have endometriosis). Isn't it nice how you feel like a giant balloon immediately after surgery? That's my favorite part *rolling eyes*.
Glad you are feeling better and better every day! Yay to saving money! :)
I also love the clean sheets thing... and last night, I didn't even have to do it. Seems my **ahhem** subtle comments about the boys sitting on their butts all day watching Nascar and the Pats worked, as found the man changing the sheets and remaking the bed. :)
So going to live by the toilet paper roll from now on. Words to live by!
How do you like the Torch? Im thinking of upgrading to it on my next allowed upgrade!
It was delightful to meet you all too!! We'll have to do it again sometime! :-)

Oh crap - I've been so out of it I didn't realize you had surgery. Hope you are healing well :-)
