Why is it that....
- I can't get a blog posted "on time"
- I can't remember any of the "Why is its" that were in my brain last night.
- getting sleepy on the couch is easy, but when I go to bed I'm wide awake.
- although I continue to "like" exercising, the diet is harder these days.
- carbs are so addictive.
- I am so forgetful
Well that's all I've got.... what about you?

HA! I like that. why you can't remember to post a blog on time? I'm with ya...
And why are carbs so addicting? i hear ya...And exercise, why can't it be FUN?

I heard that. If I had a dollar for every time I went to bed dead-tired, only to toss and turn...
I think dieting is hard in the fall/winter when our bodies are telling us to pack on the fat for the cold weather ahead.
Even if I'm super tired I can't get to sleep so I don't know, but it's frustrating as heck!
Also? I had tons of Why Is It's? in my head the other day and the flew away.
You need to eat blueberries for improving your memory...I read that somewhere; can't remember where.

don't get me going on the carbs. I'm surely a certified addict. Drives me crazy when my husband is all "holier than thou" with his low-carb-ness!!
I'm the same way about sleep- I'll practically be falling asleep on the couch- get to bed and nope, no sleep for me.
Did I write this!!!!!!! hahahaha!
P.s. yep! he does let me switch some things up! hilarious!

I can't really fall asleep on the couch much but my husband can fall asleep anywhere - LOL
The driver is only on occasion when I work late - but yes it is nice to have and not have to ride the bus home late at night. :o)

I am so right there with you on the time and forgetting. Life has just taken off and it seems sitting at the computer to blog or even check email is my biggest challenge these days.

alot of what you shared is going on with women. wish we had the answers. blueberries is good for the brain. look at what you are eating and drinking 4hrs. or more before bed. rose
OMG! I ate 2 pieces of pizza for dinner at 10pm because I was STILL AT SCHOOL working at that time. I came home at 1am and ate an entire bowl of tortellini!! I did so well breaking my addiction to carbs and I blew it in a matter of 3 hours! I think the real question here is "Why is it that carbs in mass quantities are bad for us? What psychotic sadist made this crap up??"
I'm so with you on the couch/bed thing. If I'm watching a movie downstairs with the hubs on the couch I'm asleep 10 minutes in. In my bed? Can't fall asleep til I've watched the end and turned off the tv. Weird...maybe I should drink more...? :)

I am incredibly forgetful. I know how it goes.
I have the same problem with the sofa vs. bed. I think the bed is just too much pressure to sleep. I'm fine with falling asleep on the sofa with the TV blaring, but put me in bed and the slightest noise keeps me awake. What's THAT about?
Thanks for the comments on my new look blog BTW - I can try, although I don't know so much about Angelina; met her once at a press conference and was amazed how tiny she is in real life.
