The gym is about 6 miles from my house via the back roads and I didn't pass one car the entire route, was kinda cool. There were a few people there which was good because I would have felt awkward if I was alone. I did my cardio on the bike for about 35 minutes and then did the weight machines. Well, I had been sleeping but then there was a rustling from the other side of the bed and much later I was looking for my pj's and blankets.

You're east coast, so 4:50am was 1:50am west coast, which is my time, and at that time I was just rolling into bed. I'm a night owl, which has never been good for the early bird world, because when everyone else is rising and shining, I am either power plowing my pillow or slamming the crap out of the snooze buttom. I buy alarm clocks that have GIANT snooze buttons. I eventually get up, but because of lack of sleep there are dark rings and bags under my eyes, so then I have to decide if it would be acceptable for me to call in ugly to work. "Sorry, boss, can't come to work today...I'm ugly."
