Justifiable Homicide Tuesday [just made it]

Ok so I'm probably pushing it a bit with the homicidal thing but I still hate the gym. Well let's say I hate going to the gym. Once I am dragged there kicking and screaming I kinda like it. I am biking for over a half hour now and usually make past 5 miles. It may not sound like much but for this arthritic out of shape woman I am quite proud of myself. All of the credit goes to my daughter who humiliates I mean motivates me to go. [did you know she's a blogger too?]

She has been showing me how to use the machines and she laughs at with me the whole time. It's ok, I'll get her back some day. [insert evil laugh]

I really wish they didn't have so many mirrors around, that is not motivating at all. Quite embarrassing infact. I suppose the muscly guys and gals like it but I don't.... yet. I hope I am not premature in saying that. I certainly need all the motivation I can get and the scales aren't showing it yet. [shit I hate that word]

This was the dinner I made myself last night. Impressed? I am. I love salads I just don't like having to cut up everything. If someone brought me a salad every day I would love it. Any volunteers??

That's it for this late entry Tuesday post and all of you that think I have forgotten you... I haven't but adding this gym thing into the mix [and remember I have to sleep sometime during the day] has really cut into my time. I am trying to keep up with all my fave blogs honest. xxx

I would eat salad everyday if someone brought it to me too...that is a good idea. Salad delivery!

Yay for going to the gym. And holy crap biking 5 miles is huge! Also, the mirrors don't judge you, and neither do most of the muscly armed dudes. Keep it up!

I like salad.
Since I started my muffin top journey I've eaten a lot of salads. SO GOOD. That one you made looks great!
Mirrors....bad.
Exersize definitely deserves a homicide label.

Yay you! Great - you will get into it and feel great! OK - I have to admit I do like the mirrors (hehehehe) - salads don't like that much!

The muscle guys at my gym wouldn't be able to live without their mirrors. Personally, I could do without them as well. (Both the meatheads and the mirrors.)

Tell us when you feel better after the workout. thats what I crave, the endorphine high. It will come with sweat, uh huh.

You and I can help each other. I'm trying to get rid of my grotesque back fat (yuk!) with 30 mins exercise daily, and 20 mins spot exercise, and starvation!

We;ll help each other out!

I will go to the grocery store and use their salad bar just so I don't have to "cut up everything".

I have a really high metabolism and can eat pretty much anything without gaining weight and, at 41, am in really good shape.

Hope it helps!

I love salads too! And veggies on the winter. You are right about the cutting up, it takes too long, and this is coming from someone who loves cooking.

Without the mirrors I wouldn't be able to see the disgusted look on face. ;)

I just got back to my workout as of yesterday, thanks to the mirrors.

Keep it up. And that salad looks wonderful.

Nice work on working out! I am impressed ... keep it up. And good looking salad. Pre-cut veggies, no? Makes it easier.
