I've lived those nights too, up and down, distractions, kitchen and bathroom trips, then, to fall asleep just before sunrise and the beep of that alarm...

I recently succumbed and am now taking some medication to help me fall asleep & stay asleep. It is the best thing ever. I'm like a new person. I'll worry about getting addicted to it later. After I catch up on my sleep.

OMG I can not imagine being awake at that hour! Knock on wood I rarely have problems with sleep- great 55 words though :-) And nice site- I just found you!
I don't know why it is that the time I embrace sleep the most is when I need to be most awake - at 7 AM. Before that I am bouncing off the walls, it seems.
